Here's how our buyback program works

OFFICE DROP OFF

• If you come drop your bundle at our office in Montreal, you can simply schedule a moment here for your drop off.
• During your appointment we will do selection together, therefore if you wish to keep unselected items you will be able to leave with them. 
• If you are in a hurry we can also do selection on our own, in this case unselected items will be donated on our behalf.

SENDOUT BY MAIL

• We pay for shipping for bundles of 300$ of resale value
• Simply send us an email to rachat@petitsheritiers.com with a list of brands along with an idea of number of pieces.
• If necessary we will ask pictures.

HOME PICKUP

• We now offer a home pickup service for bundles over $2500 in resale value. This service is only valid in Montreal and surroundings. If you think you are elligible for this service, send us an email to rachat@petitsheritiers.com

IMPORTANT

•  Please make sure to include in your package your name and email address along with any relevant information on items included (imperfect items, name or size of items with missing tags, etc.)
• When we receive your package, we will send you within 10 business days a detailed invoice for the bundle. The cashback for each item varies between 20%-50% of the resale value.
  
  20% •  5$ & less

  30% •  6$ to 20$

  40% •  21$ to 35$

  50% •  36$ and more

  
  
• If we need to wash or repair items for you we will remove 15-25% from the initial percentage for this item.
• Paiement is made by interac transfer (for bundles under 50$ we will send you a gift card)
• Once the bundle is sent or deposited at our office, you agree to sell it to us according to the above conditions
• Items not selected will be donated to a local NGO called 'Entre Mamans et Papas' that helps families in need.www.entremamans.qc.ca.
